How do I get help with a Tapricot app?

Email us at — it reaches a real person and we aim to reply within one business day. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.

Are Tapricot apps free?

Yes. Our apps are free to download and play. Most are supported by ads, with an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove them — no subscriptions.

Do the apps work offline?

They're built offline-first. You don't need an account or a connection to use them; your progress is stored on your device.

How do I remove ads?

Look for the “Remove ads” option in the app's settings — it's a one-time purchase. If you've bought it before, use “Restore purchases” to re-enable it on a new device.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: Apple — Request a refund or Google Play — Get a refund. If something went wrong, email us and we'll help.

What data do you collect, and how do I delete it?

We keep data collection to a minimum — see our Privacy Policy. Your in-app data lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. For anything else, email .

My practice stats disappeared — can I get them back?

Stats are stored on your device, so reinstalling or switching phones can reset them. If something looks wrong, email us with your device details and we'll dig in.
